Kwara United applauds referee Shuaib

Kwara United Coach Samson Unuanel on Sunday in Port Harcourt gave kudos to the match officials in their Glo Nigerian Premier League week 33 encounter against Dolphin football club in Port Harcourt.
Though his team lost the game 1-0 to the home team, Unuanel was satisfied with the handling of the match and described the performance of the centre referee Abdullahi  Shuaib, from Katsina State  as commendable and one of the best this season.
"The centre referee is one of the best I have met this season. He is another Marcus from Bauchi. Kudos to him. Let's celebrate him," the Edo born tactician said.
According to him, referee Shuaib was composed and not intimidated by the action of the crowd which made him to be on top of the game.
"He was composed and on top of the game. We lost because it was destined to happen that way. If every Nigerian referee is like him, there won't be much complaints in our league games," he said.
Kwara United will tomorrow play host to Lobi Stars of Markudi in Ilorin in continuation of the league.
